In January 2005 a law was passed requiring certain electrical works carried out in domestic properties to be registered with the local authority.
As a homeowner, the law states it is your responsibility to ensure that the work carried out complies with current Building Regulations. Failure to comply could result with the homeowner being prosecuted by the Local Authority.
When you instruct A&N Electrical Engineering to carry out the work, then the responsibility is transferred to us. This also saves you the expense and time consuming task of wading through the Local Authority forms and red tape.
